All damage claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the move. Pre-existing damage not covered. Items not properly packaged may be refused at driver's discretion.
Most moving companies toss your boxes in a dumpster after the job. We don't. Every box, every sheet of packing paper, every roll of tape gets collected, sent to a recycling depot, processed at a pulp mill, and turned back into the same material. We buy it back cheaper. Every booking is charged for at least three hours of labour, even if the job wraps up faster. It covers travel and setup, and it means small jobs still get done properly instead of rushed.
Yes. Basic coverage comes free with every move at $0.60 per pound per item. Want more protection? Gold bumps it to $3.25 per pound, and Platinum covers 2% of your declared household value. Just know any damage claim needs to be in writing within 5 business days of the move.
Yes. Pianos, large safes, pool tables, gym equipment and other awkward or heavy items carry a surcharge between $150 and $450 depending on the item. Mention it when you book so we show up with the right gear and enough hands.
Fuel of any kind, explosives, and ammunition. If it can leak, ignite, or go off, it stays behind.
Anything going in a box needs to be packed properly or it may not be covered. Not sure if something counts as properly packed? Ask when you book. Or pick the Platinum tier and we handle all the packing and unpacking for you.
Payment is due in full when the job is done, before the crew heads out. Simple as that.
